Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2035, aligning with business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Oversee innovation pipeline management from concept to commercialization
- Build and manage a high-performing innovation lab with $5M+ annual budget
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to the board of directors
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation across all business units
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in strategic innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies (AI/quantum/sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Executive experience scaling innovation teams in Fortune 500 environments
