- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor and manage a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and engineers to execute complex projects.
- C-Suite Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership to translate technical strategy into actionable business insights and financial models.
- Pilot & Evaluate: Spearhead the testing and deployment of emerging tech stacks, including Generative AI and quantum-readiness protocols.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive consulting.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and future tech ecosystems.
- Financial Acumen: Proven track record of managing R&D budgets and justifying technology investments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Advanced degree (MBA or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field) is highly preferred.
