Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Architect scalable cloud infrastructure that supports high-performance computing needs.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Oversee the integration of AI-driven solutions into core business workflows.
- Establish best practices for innovation management and R&D processes.
- Mentor a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or product leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic/management role.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the FinTech or Healthcare sector is highly preferred.
