- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, specifically identifying opportunities in AI, Quantum, and Bio-tech for the 2026 fiscal year.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a high-performance R&D team to prototype and validate futuristic concepts before full-scale implementation.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical trends into actionable business strategies for the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor the global tech landscape to predict disruptive shifts that could impact our market position by 2026.
- Talent Acquisition: Build and mentor a world-class team of futurists and technologists dedicated to the 2026 vision.
- Product Integration: Collaborate with product managers to seamlessly integrate futuristic features into current product lines.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director or VP level).
- Emerging Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing trends relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of successfully launching innovative products or defining long-term technology roadmaps.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: A high tolerance for ambiguity and a strong ability to pivot strategies in a rapidly evolving tech environment.
