Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS and Kubernetes.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Blockchain) for potential integration.
- Manage a budget of $5M+ for technology initiatives and vendor partnerships.
- Mentor engineering leadership and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, architecture, or technology management.
- Leadership: Proven track record leading cross-functional teams of 20+ engineers.
- Technical: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategy: Strong background in product strategy and technology forecasting.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence without authority.
