Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Tech Roadmap aligned with company vision.
- Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Quantum) with high potential for disruption.
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate future tech solutions into current product pipelines.
- Conduct deep-dive research on global tech trends to mitigate risks and seize market opportunities.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for long-term innovation projects.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling manner.
- Establish partnerships with startups and research institutions in the future-tech ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and future computing paradigms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to executive boards.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience leading diverse, high-performing teams in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
