Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect and maintain a comprehensive 3-5 year technology strategy, identifying key breakthrough technologies (e.g., AGI, Spatial Computing) that will define our market leadership by 2026.
- Innovation Management: Establish a robust R&D pipeline for experimental technologies, managing a budget for pilot programs and proof-of-concept (PoC) implementations.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate strategic acquisitions, mergers, or partnerships with emerging tech startups that align with our 2026 vision.
- Team Leadership & Culture: Lead a team of futurists and senior engineers, fostering an environment of continuous learning, experimentation, and high-performance.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Product, Sales, and C-Suite executives to translate technical roadmaps into business value and revenue-generating opportunities.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively assess emerging regulatory, ethical, and technical risks associated with advanced AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive strategy role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think 5-10 years ahead, with a proven track record of predicting and capitalizing on major industry shifts.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and emerging technologies; capable of understanding complex technical concepts without needing to code daily.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
- Communication: Outstanding executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse stakeholders.
