Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the 2026 product ecosystem, focusing on Generative AI and autonomous systems.
- Lead a high-performing cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and strategists to drive innovation.
- Identify emerging trends in quantum computing and biotech integration to stay ahead of industry competition.
- Define and enforce ethical guidelines for AI deployment to ensure responsible innovation.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and investors to secure funding for experimental projects.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-gen cloud-native architectures.
- Conduct thought leadership activities, including speaking engagements and whitepaper publications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the Technology sector, with a focus on AI or Future Systems.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-million dollar R&D initiatives.
- Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and predictive analytics.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to inspire diverse teams and audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
