- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Vision that aligns with Apex Horizonâs long-term objectives.
- Lead research and development initiatives focused on emerging technologies (AGI, Quantum, Spatial Computing) to ensure competitive advantage.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential market opportunities, assessing risks and ROI for the next generation of products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design) to translate futuristic concepts into scalable architecture.
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists and strategists.
- Present complex strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and investors with clarity and persuasive impact.
- Continuously scan the global landscape for disruptive forces that could impact the 2026 timeline.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading innovation initiatives and delivering tangible results.
- Deep understanding of current and future technological trends, specifically in AI, Automation, and Digital Transformation.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategic insights.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills with a history of building high-performing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Relevant advanced degree (MBA or MSc in Tech Strategy) is highly preferred.
