Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning business objectives with market opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, etc.) that will drive growth.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis and competitive intelligence to forecast industry shifts for the 2026 timeframe.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs to measure the success of long-term initiatives.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for high-impact projects.
- Communicate complex strategic visions to stakeholders at all levels with clarity and impact.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or operations leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully leading organizations through major transitions or expansions.
