- Drive innovation in AI integration, cloud migration, and data analytics to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee the selection and implementation of emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of future-readiness initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in a Director or VP-level role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology strategies for future horizons.
- Expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and enterprise system integration.
- Strong background in AI/ML implementation and predictive analytics.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an MBA with a focus on Technology is preferred.
