Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning Artificial General Intelligence and Quantum computing goals with business objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and futurists to pioneer next-generation algorithms and neural networks.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., holographic interfaces, autonomous agents) to ensure competitive advantage.
- Oversee the integration of predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making systems into core product lines.
- Establish ethical frameworks and security protocols for the deployment of sentient AI agents.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to translate complex technical vision into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of leadership in senior technical roles (CTO, VP of Engineering, or equivalent).
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Quantum Computing architectures.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
