Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technology roadmap for 2026, identifying key emerging tech trends and their business applications.
- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional research teams in pilot programs for next-gen technologies including Generative AI and Neuro-tech.
- Investment Analysis: Evaluate emerging tech startups and acquisition targets that align with the 2026 vision.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future-forward concepts to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for long-term projects.
- Policy & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks for advanced AI and data usage to ensure compliance and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in strategic technology roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with a focus on Technology Strategy.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of the technological landscape expected in 2026, including AGI, Blockchain, and IoT ecosystems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional ability to forecast market shifts and translate them into strategic business initiatives.
- Communication: Proven track record of presenting complex data to diverse audiences effectively.
