We are seeking a visionary Director of Future AI Technologies (2026 Initiative) to architect the neural infrastructure that will define the future of our industry. In this pivotal role, you will not only manage current AI deployments but also set the strategic roadmap for our innovations leading up to 2026. You will work closely with our R&D teams to pioneer breakthroughs in Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI strategic roadmap for the 2026 horizon, aligning technology with business objectives.
- Lead a high-performing team of AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Machine Learning Researchers.
- Oversee the architecture and deployment of advanced generative AI models and neural networks.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to ensure Apex Horizon Systems remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate AI solutions into core business workflows.
- Manage the budget for R&D initiatives related to the 2026 technology suite.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data privacy, and model governance.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within AI/ML.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling AI products from concept to production.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within a technical team.
