Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, identifying emerging technologies that provide a competitive edge.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of next-generation technologies, including AI agents, quantum computing concepts, and edge computing architectures.
- Oversee the research and development of pilot programs to test feasibility and scalability of futuristic solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business goals and market trends.
- Mentor senior engineering leads and foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
- Assess potential risks and technical debt associated with adopting novel technologies, ensuring robust implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masterās degree or PhD is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies in a production environment.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and cybersecurity principles.
