Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and autonomous agents.
- Drive R&D initiatives that explore emerging technologies such as quantum computing interfaces and neuro-symbolic AI.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align AI strategy with broader business objectives and market trends.
- Mentor and foster a culture of innovation, recruiting top-tier talent in the AI sector.
- Define ethical guidelines and compliance standards for advanced AI deployment.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI solutions from concept to production.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging AI paradigms (Transformers, GANs, Reinforcement Learning).
- Strong background in software engineering and distributed systems architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
