Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and own the comprehensive technology and AI roadmap for the company leading up to and through 2026.
- AI Integration: Lead the research and implementation of advanced AI solutions to enhance product capabilities and operational efficiency.
- Talent Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a world-class team of engineers and data scientists.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Innovation Management: Identify emerging trends in machine learning and quantum computing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budgeting and resource planning for large-scale technology initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and execute complex strategic plans.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and cloud infrastructure.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering results under pressure.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
