Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI strategy for the 2026 Horizon initiative, aligning technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of AI researchers, machine learning engineers, and product managers.
- Oversee the research, development, and deployment of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech leaders to stay ahead of emerging trends.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with global data regulations.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML strategy.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and large-scale engineering teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Demonstrated experience in driving innovation in a fast-paced, agile environment.
