Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Lead a high-performance team of researchers and engineers in deep learning and generative AI.
- Identify emerging market trends and translate them into actionable product strategies.
- Oversee the integration of ethical AI principles into all development cycles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Product, Legal, and Marketing.
- Present technical visions to stakeholders and secure funding for long-term R&D projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science leadership roles.
- Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical products from concept to launch.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and neural architecture search.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to forecast technological shifts up to 2026.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentorship and team culture building.
