- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead high-level workshops with C-suite executives and engineering leads to ensure alignment on long-term goals and resource allocation.
- Innovation Implementation: Spearhead pilot programs for new technologies, overseeing the transition from concept to production-ready solutions.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Product Management, or Technical Leadership roles within a Fortune 500 or high-growth environment.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and Blockchain technologies.
- Roadmap Experience: Proven track record of defining and delivering successful long-term (5-10 year) strategic roadmaps.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data and geopolitical trends into actionable business strategies.
