Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and articulate the comprehensive strategic vision and execution plan leading up to and including the year 2026.
- Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Coordinate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align on deliverables critical to the 2026 vision.
- Market Forecasting: Analyze emerging market trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscapes to inform long-term strategic decisions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present the 2026 vision to C-suite executives and board members, ensuring buy-in and alignment with company goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies for long-term strategic projects.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the 2026 strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Management, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, executive leadership, or a senior management role within the tech industry.
