Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the 2026 product suite, focusing on AI integration and quantum-enhanced cloud solutions.
- Lead a team of 15+ senior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and rapid prototyping.
- Oversee the research and development of proprietary algorithms that predict and adapt to user behaviors in real-time.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate high-level business goals into concrete technical roadmaps.
- Ensure all systems are built with enterprise-grade security and compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR).
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to stay ahead of the curve in emerging technologies.
- Present technical strategy to the board of directors and executive leadership team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong background in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Quantum Computing frameworks and simulation tools is highly preferred.
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
