- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap for core product lines.
- Lead a cross-functional team of futurists, engineers, and designers to prototype next-generation technologies.
- Identify emerging trends in Web3 and Generative AI to integrate into our ecosystem.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to secure buy-in for long-term, high-risk R&D projects.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to scalable, future-proof architectures.
- Drive the company's vision for a sustainable and automated future.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Technical Management or Product Strategy.
- Proven track record of leading disruptive innovation and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
- Deep understanding of Scalable System Architecture and Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure).
- Experience in AI/ML implementation and data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams to think beyond current constraints.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
