Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the long-term strategic vision for the company leading up to and through 2026, identifying key technological milestones.
- Analyze global trends in Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Biotechnology to forecast market disruptions.
- Lead the creation of 'Future-Proof' roadmaps that align technical innovation with business objectives.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Executive teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts.
- Manage cross-functional partnerships to ensure seamless integration of emerging technologies into current workflows.
- Communicate complex futuristic concepts to stakeholders and investors with clarity and persuasion.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in executive leadership, strategy, or a highly technical field with a focus on innovation.
- Demonstrated history of predicting market trends and leading organizations through significant technological shifts.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (MBA, PhD, or MSc in Computer Science, Physics, or Strategic Studies).
- Exceptional ability to synthesize data from disparate sources into actionable strategic insights.
- Proven track record of driving organizational change and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Fluency in emerging tech stacks and an innate understanding of the 2026 technological landscape.
