Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Vision, translating high-level strategic goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation AI systems, ensuring scalability and ethical deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging tech opportunities that drive business growth.
- Oversee the migration to cloud-native architectures that support future-proof scalability.
- Establish governance frameworks for data privacy and AI ethics.
- Mentor senior engineering leadership and foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or VP-level position.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of emerging trends relevant to the 2026 horizon, including IoT, Edge Computing, and Blockchain.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience in scaling a high-growth technology company is highly preferred.
