Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive Technology Strategy for Year 2026, identifying emerging trends in AI and automation.
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies into core business operations.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to anticipate industry shifts.
- Oversee the R&D pipeline to ensure alignment with long-term corporate vision and sustainability goals.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical audiences effectively.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of 2026 initiatives.
- Mentor emerging leaders within the technology division.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive leadership roles.
