Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of scalable Generative AI models and Quantum computing integrations for 2026 infrastructure.
- Define the technical roadmap for next-generation neural interfaces and autonomous agent systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into deployable production code.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data privacy, and responsible innovation.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of continuous learning and radical innovation.
- Present technical strategies to executive leadership and board members to secure funding and buy-in.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to decentralized, quantum-resistant blockchain architectures.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Mechanics.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within high-scale AI or fintech environments.
- Deep expertise in large language models (LLMs), transformer architectures, and reinforcement learning.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong theoretical background in quantum algorithms.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, mission-critical systems under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP) and edge computing paradigms.
