Responsibilities
- Define the high-level architecture for proprietary AI models, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in the research and deployment of Deep Learning solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Oversee model training pipelines, optimization strategies, and MLOps implementation.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data governance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor innovations to maintain a technological edge.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Neural Networks.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
