Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of enterprise-grade Machine Learning and Deep Learning systems.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities leading into 2026 and beyond.
- Establish best practices for model training, deployment, and MLOps pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and product design to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Drive innovation in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision technologies.
- Ensure ethical AI governance and compliance with global regulations.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in modern Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models in production environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire engineering teams.
- Familiarity with Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) architecture.
