We are seeking a visionary Chief AI Architect to spearhead the technological roadmap for the year 2026. You will define the architectural standards for our next-generation Generative AI suite, ensuring our solutions are not only state-of-the-art but ethically sound and future-proof.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical enterprise implementation, leading a team of elite engineers to build the intelligence layer of tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the 2026 AI technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in LLMs, multi-modal agents, and autonomous systems.
- System Architecture: Design high-scale, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to reduce inference latency and cost while maximizing model accuracy for our core products.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and compliance with global data regulations.
- Research Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge research papers into production pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), Large Language Models (GPT, LLaMA), and distributed computing systems.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion: Demonstrated track record of innovation and a passion for solving humanity's hardest problems through technology.
