Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI Technology Roadmap for 2026, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead the architecture design for large-scale, distributed AI systems, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Collaborate with C-level executives and product leaders to identify high-impact AI use cases and drive their implementation.
- Establish best practices for machine learning operations (MLOps) and foster a culture of continuous innovation within the engineering team.
- Oversee the selection and integration of emerging technologies, keeping Apex Future Systems at the forefront of the industry.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, driving professional development and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field; PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of translating complex business requirements into robust technical strategies.
- Tools & Tech: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
