Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the technical vision for 2026 AI initiatives, aligning R&D with business goals.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, robust neural network architectures capable of handling exascale data.
- R&D Oversight: Lead the research and development of cutting-edge Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision models.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and conducting technical workshops.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to global regulatory standards and ethical guidelines for transparency and fairness.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select third-party AI hardware and software solutions to optimize infrastructure costs.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems, preferably in the fintech or healthcare sectors.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-level architectural challenges.
