Responsibilities
- Drive Product Vision: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of key product features, from ideation to launch, focusing on high-impact AI integrations.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage advanced analytics and user research to define success metrics and optimize product performance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate seamlessly with engineering, design, and research teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute roadmaps that align with Meta's long-term technical goals and business objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical and business risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or a related technical role.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: Demonstrated track record of driving innovation and improving user experiences.
