Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning and machine learning pipelines designed for future workloads.
- Lead the R&D efforts in neural architecture search and synthetic data generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into core product ecosystems.
- Optimize system latency and throughput for high-frequency trading or high-volume data processing scenarios.
- Establish best practices for model governance, security, and ethical AI deployment.
- Conduct technical due diligence on emerging technologies to inform the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proven track record of designing systems at scale (10M+ users or transactions).
- Expert proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, and experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes).
- Experience with hardware acceleration (TPU/GPU clusters) and edge computing.
