Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered sustainability frameworks that reduce corporate carbon footprints by 30%+ annually
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing machine learning models for predictive resource optimization and circular economy applications
- Architect AI governance frameworks ensuring ethical deployment of climate-focused technologies
- Pioneer novel approaches to AI-driven carbon capture, renewable energy forecasting, and sustainable supply chain management
- Present breakthrough sustainability strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior AI specialists in emerging green tech methodologies and responsible AI development
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Sustainability Engineering, or related field with 7+ years of AI implementation experience
- Proven track record deploying production AI systems that achieved measurable ESG targets
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Deep knowledge of sustainability reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex climate data into actionable business insights
- Certification in AI ethics or sustainability management preferred
