Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and communicate a comprehensive strategic vision for AI integration, aligning technology goals with business objectives.
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Spearhead high-impact projects that push the boundaries of Generative AI and Quantum Readiness.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging AI trends to identify competitive advantages and innovation opportunities.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize budget and talent allocation to maximize ROI on R&D projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or Engineering, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of Machine Learning models, NLP, and AI infrastructure.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; Master’s degree preferred.
