Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy, with 5+ years in leadership roles at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions generating $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, federated learning, and explainable AI frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field from top-tier institution
- Published research in peer-reviewed AI journals or conference proceedings
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, state-level AI policies)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
