- Lead research initiatives in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment
- Present strategic AI insights to board members and investors quarterly
- Mentor AI engineers and data scientists through emerging technology bootcamps
- Forge partnerships with top-tier AI research institutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML leadership with 5+ years in C-suite strategy roles
- Published research in Nature AI or equivalent tier journals
- Proven track record of scaling AI teams to 100+ members
- Expertise in federated learning and quantum computing applications
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Fluency in regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
