Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year AI strategy aligned with 2026 market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams of ML engineers, data scientists, and product managers
- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities across emerging sectors
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks and responsible deployment protocols
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and research institutions
- Present AI vision to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation in generative AI, quantum computing integration, and edge AI
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive strategy leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Proven track record of shipping enterprise-scale AI systems
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, neural networks, and MLOps
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience with large language model fine-tuning and deployment
- Certification in AI ethics and responsible AI frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
