Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in ethics governance leadership

- Expertise in emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation and fairness algorithms
- Certification in AI governance frameworks (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
