Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions and business objectives
- Lead enterprise-wide AI adoption initiatives across product, operations, and customer experience domains
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment and regulatory compliance
- Identify and prioritize emerging AI opportunities (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Collaborate with CTO to integrate AI into core product architecture
- Mentor senior AI talent and build high-performance technical teams
- Present AI strategy to board members and key stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive strategy leadership
- Proven track record of launching AI products generating $50M+ revenue
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, generative AI, and MLOps
- Familiarity with 2026 AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Public speaking experience at major tech conferences (NeurIPS, AI Summit)
- Published research in top-tier AI journals or conferences
