Responsibilities
- Design scalable AI architectures for enterprise clients using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native deployments
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to production deployment
- Develop ethical AI frameworks ensuring compliance with emerging 2026 regulatory standards
- Conduct advanced research in neural optimization techniques and transfer learning
- Create technical documentation and present solutions to C-level stakeholders
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to our AI innovation roadmap
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML architecture with 5+ years in enterprise solution design
- Expertise in distributed computing and GPU acceleration frameworks
- Proven track record deploying production-grade models at scale (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Strong background in MLOps and CI/CD for ML systems
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks and bias mitigation
