- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and safety standards to prevent bias and ensure fairness.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, AI, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within AI/ML or Robotics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends and translating them into actionable product strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
