Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or Computational Neuroscience
- 5+ years of research experience with published peer-reviewed papers
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating work on ethical AI or neural interfaces
- Experience with quantum computing or neuromorphic systems preferred
- Strong background in statistical modeling and experimental design
- Ability to secure research funding through competitive grants
