- Lead R&D initiatives in generative AI, quantum machine learning, and neural architecture optimization

- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals/conferences and mentor junior researchers

- Stay ahead of emerging trends in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and AGI safety protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years of industry research experience
- Proven expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and large-scale distributed training
- Publication record at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent AI research conferences
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and high-performance computing environments
- Strong background in quantum computing principles or neuromorphic engineering
