Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AI research from theoretical modeling to production deployment
- Develop novel algorithms in quantum machine learning and neural-symbolic integration
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Architect ethical AI frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory standards
- Mentor junior researchers through our proprietary Quantum Accelerator Program
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize research breakthroughs
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with transformer architectures and quantum computing
- Published record in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent tier conferences
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks
- Proven ability to translate research into scalable production systems
- Deep understanding of AI ethics and bias mitigation techniques
- Strong background in computational neuroscience and cognitive architectures
