Responsibilities
- Lead development of next-gen AI models for quantum computing integration
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize AI-quantum hardware interfaces
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from NSF and DARPA
- Mentor PhD researchers and interns in cutting-edge techniques
- Develop ethical frameworks for 2026-level autonomous systems
- Partner with Fortune 500 companies for real-world deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI research with 3+ publications at NeurIPS/ICML
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants
- Proficiency in TensorFlow/PyTorch and quantum SDKs
- Experience with 100+ parameter-scale model training
- Published work on ethical AI alignment or explainability
- Strong background in theoretical computer science
