Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning frameworks for next-gen autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead quantum machine learning research projects with 5-year horizon impact
- Collaborate with robotics teams to embed advanced perception algorithms in physical AI agents
- Publish findings in top-tier journals (Nature AI, NeurIPS, ICML) and present at global conferences
- Mentor PhD researchers in our 2026 Fellowship Program
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Secure $2M+ in DARPA/NASA research grants for 2026 technology roadmap
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with 3+ years industry R&D
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers on transformer architectures or quantum ML
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 100M+ parameter model deployment
- Proven experience with neuromorphic computing (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Strong background in causal inference and explainable AI (XAI)
- Proficiency in quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq) and error correction protocols
- Track record of translating research into commercial AI products
