Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in deep learning, reinforcement learning, and distributed ML systems
- Published record in top-tier AI/ML conferences (minimum 3 NeurIPS/ICML papers)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks
- Experience with large-scale ML infrastructure (Kubernetes, Spark, GPU clusters)
- Strong background in AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI development
- Ability to secure $1M+ in annual research funding
