Responsibilities
- Lead research in quantum-AI fusion for next-gen autonomous systems
- Develop novel neural-semantic architectures for 2026 human-computer interfaces
- Publish top-tier papers in Nature/Science AI journals
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford partners on predictive cognition models
- Translate theoretical frameworks into scalable production systems
- Mentor PhD researchers in AI ethics and explainable AI
- Secure $5M+ in NSF/EU Horizon grants annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics (or equivalent)
- 5+ years publishing in NeurIPS/ICML/AAAI conferences
- Expertise in TensorFlow/PyTorch and quantum computing frameworks
- Proven track record in deploying production AI systems
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Experience securing federal research grants
- Strong background in AI safety and alignment research
- Fluency in Python/C++ with distributed systems experience
